Mariusz has been running his own business since 2004. Previously, he worked for the most reputable companies in the recruitment industry. He has 20 years of experience in managing recruitment processes, including processes using direct search methodology. Mariusz mainly manages projects concerning management board positions as well as positions in marketing and sales. He is also a specialist in acquiring candidates for legal positions in companies. In addition to recruitment, Mariusz advises clients on the assessment of staff and the creation of organizational structures.

Szymon began his adventure in recruitment back in 2007. First years of his experience Szymon gained at consultancies in UK, where he focused on recruitment for construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and oil & gas.
He then joined the Spanish office of a British group focusing on energy and marine sector recruitment. Working abroad, Szymon completed several direct search recruitment projects for clients in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. Next, Szymon returned to Poland to lead the energy and utilities practice at Warszawa branch of a Swiss recruitment group, to finally join GP Executive in 2015.

Adam has worked in executive search since 1991. He led an international recruitment company with a  team of 30 consultants in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. He has also worked in the Middle East. Since 1998 Adam has managed his own consulting company. In 2008 -2016 Adam, co-operated directly with shareholders of executive search companies, leveraging his experience to establish new offices in CEE and UAE. He has re-staffed and re-positioned various search practices and turned-around companies at risk of bankruptcy.

A certified personal development coach and career advisor he has completed over 80 individual coaching assignments. Adam worked at the Polish Ministry of Privatization and the commercial section of the British Embassy in Poland. He is a frequent speaker at the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Embassy in London and the British Embassy in Warsaw.
