The recruitment process includes a series of activities that aim to create the ideal candidate profile, followed by the recruitment and selection of candidates that meet the above criteria.

This includes:

– contacting potential candidates,
– selection of candidates by means of competency interview,
– presentation of selected candidates,
– assistance in preparing an employment offer and negotiating employment conditions.

3.
INITITATION OF THE NEW PERSON

The initiation/orientation of a new employee is crucial to the success of the recruitment process.
